Saturday Night Blues

A rhythmic, avant-garde adaptation of Brontez Purnell's poem, the film follows a Black queer man in his 40s navigating anger, isolation, and the suffocating stress of daily life under capitalism. Through a stream-of-consciousness narrative, it captures his deep self-neglect and the hypervigilance of feeling like a prey animal just trying to survive ordinary social and workplace interactions.
