The Shadow Project

An ex-CIA agent and his scientist wife create a chip for a secret government agency that when implanted in a host can project a hologram of themselves in the form of a shadow, which allows them to hear and see what the shadow does, but when the technology is altered enabling the shadow to physically interact things go terribly wrong, forcing the agent to destroy the data and go on the run with the last chip with the "Agency" close on his heels.
