Cathy Yan’s debut feature, Dead Pigs, premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Yan then directed Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). Yan also directed an episode of Succession, for which she was nominated for the Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing.
