Dave Boyle is a writer, director and producer working across both English and Japanese-language film and television. His smash hit Netflix series House of Ninjas hit #1 on the platform’s Global Top 10 in 2024. Dave’s critically acclaimed San Francisco set mystery Man from Reno was nominated for the John Cassavetes award at the 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards and won the Grand Prize at the Los Angeles Film Festival. Past features as a writer/director also include Surrogate Valentine (SXSW, 2011) and Daylight Savings (SXSW, 2012) among others.
