Jackie Shijie Xing

Jackie Xing is a New York-based writer and director known for his character-driven storytelling and visually striking style. A graduate of NYU's film program, his short films Dregs and Beyond Farewell have screened at multiple Oscar-qualifying festivals, with Beyond Farewell winning the Youth Jury Prize at the 70th Oberhausen International Short Film Festival. Xing has directed twelve vertical mini-series with millions of views, including After Awakening (4M views) and Mothering My Husband's Bastard, the platform's number one seller. He is also developing his debut feature film, Ya Se, a comedic mockumentary.
