In Exchange For Flesh

Corey Devon Arthur and Sara Kielly, both incarcerated in New York, allege that the U.S. government is sanctioning the sexual abuse of millions of Americans. These practices are largely hidden from the public because they take place in prison. In Exchange For Flesh follows Corey and Sara as they risk retaliation to document and expose a routine prison practice known as the “strip frisk.” The film uses unprecedented access to New York prisons and archived training footage to transform contraband into testimony, and trauma into resistance and healing.
